人類(lèi)炎癥因子抗體芯片 (QAH-INF-1、QAH-INF-2、QAH-INF-3) 人類(lèi)炎癥細(xì)胞因子抗體芯片(QAH-INF),適用樣本數(shù)量較少,篩選炎癥相關(guān)細(xì)胞因子種類(lèi)較多的研究類(lèi)型。該芯片在化學(xué)修飾的固相片基上共價(jià)結(jié)合高度特異的細(xì)胞因子捕獲抗體,通過(guò)高親和的配對(duì)二抗進(jìn)行信號(hào)放大,以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)微量細(xì)胞因子的有效檢測(cè)。進(jìn)一步,利用梯度稀釋的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品檢測(cè)信號(hào)構(gòu)建標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線,通過(guò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線擬合的方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)樣本中多重細(xì)胞因子的準(zhǔn)確定量檢測(cè)。 抗體芯片特點(diǎn): 1.每種抗體設(shè)置4次技術(shù)重復(fù); 2.可根據(jù)研究要求定制個(gè)性化芯片; 3.雙抗夾心&熒光檢測(cè)法有效檢測(cè)微量指標(biāo),下限達(dá)pg/mL; 4,50 μL的液質(zhì)樣本、200μg的總蛋白量即可完成多指標(biāo)檢測(cè); 5,適用于血清/漿、培養(yǎng)上清及細(xì)胞、組織裂解液等多種生物樣本; 6.可以有效避免采用傳統(tǒng)方法所引入的批次間實(shí)驗(yàn)誤差; 7.可最大限度擴(kuò)大單個(gè)樣本的信息量并可做不同分析物間的交互分析。
